Withdrawal Policy

No statutory right of withdrawal
Your booking is for a service related to leisure activities that provides for a specific date or period of performance. Therefore, the statutory 14‑day right of withdrawal does not apply pursuant to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB (EU Consumer Rights Directive Art. 16(l)).
2. Cancellation by the client
• More than 14 days before the shoot: The deposit of 30% of the total package price is non‑refundable. Any amount paid above the deposit will be refunded within 14 days.
• 7–14 days before the shoot: 50% of the total package price is due.
• Within 7 days of the shoot date or no‑show: 100% of the total package price is due.
1. Rescheduling
• One free reschedule is allowed if requested at least 7 days before the shoot date, subject to availability.
• Requests within 7 days of the shoot date incur a rescheduling fee of €50, subject to availability.
1. Cancellation by the photographer
If I must cancel (e.g., due to illness or force majeure), you will receive a full refund of any amount paid within 14 days, or I will offer an alternative date at your choice. If an alternative date is not suitable, you will receive a full refund.
2. Weather and outdoor conditions
Outdoor shoots depend on weather. If severe weather or unsafe conditions prevent the shoot, we will reschedule at no extra cost, subject to availability. If rescheduling is not possible within a reasonable time, you will receive a full refund.
3. Payments and refunds
• Deposit to secure the date: 30% of the total package price (non‑refundable upon cancellation by the client).
• Remaining balance: Due 7 days before the shoot date.
• Refunds (where applicable) are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
